Job summary

OCBC invites a seasoned Software Engineer to join the Core Banking Development team in Singapore. You will lead delivery of Wealth Core Banking platforms, aligning design, development, testing and integrations across Temenos Transact modules and vendor solutions.

The role requires 10+ years of hands-on Temenos Transact experience, strong Java API skills, and proven DevOps proficiency. Excellent English, leadership, and collaboration are essential in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in an IT related discipline.
• Strong financial technology background within Wealth/Asset Management or Investment Banking.
• Minimum 10 years hands-on Temenos Transact TAFJ experience.
• Solid Temenos Transact design and L3 development experience with Transact product knowledge.
• In-depth knowledge of Temenos Transact customisations and T24 administration tasks.
• Hands-on experience with Temenos Transact modules, APIs and related tools listed above.
• Strong knowledge of Temenos Transact Java API, JBoss, TDH; Outbox is an advantage.
• Familiar with DevOps processes and tools (Design Studio, SoapUI, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence).
• Excellent oral and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead development planning and delivery for Wealth Core Banking and system integration.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts and Test Managers for SIT/UAT and defect resolution.
• Partner with Technology Infrastructure and Applications teams to minimize operational risk.
• Ensure data governance, integrity and regulatory compliance in all activities.
• Provide technical leadership and support through project lifecycle and production releases.
• Coordinate development activities for projects, changes, data migration and interfaces.
• Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
