Job summary

Google Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Tech Lead Manager to guide mobile and backend software engineers across India and Singapore, aligning product strategy with teams, and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.

You will manage multiple teams, mentor engineers to become future tech leads, collaborate with Product and UX, and drive a positive team culture while operating across locations. Experience with GenAI/LLMs and native Android/iOS development is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in software engineering.
• 8 years of software development experience in one or more languages (Python, C/C++, Java, JavaScript).
• 3 years building large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems.
• 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years in people management or team leadership.

Responsibilities
