Job summary

Embed is seeking a Full Stack Team Lead in Singapore to shape the end-to-end architecture of our digital products. You will lead high-performing squads, mentor engineers, and drive platform scalability using React JS, .NET Core (C#), and scalable backend systems.

You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering to translate business goals into robust technical solutions, enforce secure, maintainable code, and guide modernization toward microservices and cloud-native architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years in full-stack development with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Deep React JS expertise and modern front-end architectures.
• Strong C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+ and ASP.NET Core for RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
• Experience building microservices and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable React JS and .NET Core applications.
• Lead engineering squads, mentoring team members and promoting excellence.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security-first practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering stakeholders.
• Refactor legacy systems toward microservices and cloud-native designs.
