Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise-scale web apps with React.
• Strong knowledge of React concepts including hooks, Context API, Suspense.
• Proven experience implementing state management with Redux or similar.
• Proficient in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience writing unit/integration tests with Jest and testing library.
• Expertise in frontend performance optimization and scalability.
• Experience leading frontend teams and driving technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Frontend Technical Lead, driving architecture decisions, development standards, and best practices across React applications.
• Participate in solution design and technical planning with business and backend teams to define scalable frontend approaches.
• Review UI/UX designs to assess feasibility, performance, and maintainability.
• Lead the design and development of responsive, user-centric web applications using React.js and TypeScript.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to frontend developers, fostering engineering excellence.
• Establish and enforce coding standards through regular code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Oversee performance optimization using lazy loading, memoization, and code splitting.
• Partner with DevOps teams to support CI/CD implementation and release readiness.
• Ensure code quality and stability through unit and integration testing.
• Manage technical risks, delivery timelines, and frontend release activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve defects.
