Randstad Singapore is recruiting the first tech team hire for a prominent investment firm in central Singapore. You will lead strategy, architecture, and deployment of internal digital applications, automation, and AI-driven solutions.

The role combines hands-on full-stack development with team management (50/50) and will involve building and leading a 3–5 person engineering team, guiding end-to-end software delivery from problem definition to deployment and continuous optimization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Min 7 years of software engineering with leadership/delivery ownership.
• Experience designing and deploying secure, cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Proven track record building automated workflows or AI/ML-enabled software.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical/problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades
