Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a Production Technician to support cleaning, packaging and maintenance of parts in a fast-paced cleanroom environment. The role involves manual polishing, in-process inspection, masking and bead-blasting preparation, with a focus on quality and safety compliance.

You will work with solvents like IPA, perform data entry, uphold 6S housekeeping, and participate in QA and safety trainings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and Institute of Technical Education (ITE)
• Chemical handling experience
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts and lift up to 20 kg

Responsibilities

• Clean, pack and maintain parts with proper documentation and data entry
• Perform in-process inspections and masking/bead-blasting preparation
• Handle hazardous chemicals safely and maintain 6S housekeeping
• Support QA program and safety trainings and identify deviations from the quality system
• Work at chemical wet bench area and perform polishing of AL, SST and ceramic parts
• Coordinate multiple tasks in workstation and assist ad-hoc requests
