Job summary

Huawei International Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to engage walk-in customers, promote electronics and IT products, and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers on enquiries, purchases, or any assistance needed.
• Maintain and provide good customer service level (inclusive of after sales service).
• Suggest specific product purchases to meet customers' needs (cross-sell and up-sell).
• Achieve monthly sales target given by Company.
• Monitor and replenish stocks/inventory.
• Prepare/report daily sales and feedback as required.
• Ensure products are well displayed according to Company guidelines; display units and areas are clean and tidy.
• Participate in ad-hoc duties or events when required.
• Adhere to the company’s policies, code of conduct and operational procedures.
