You will maintain merchandise presentation, handle cashier duties, build a loyal customer base, and consistently meet monthly and quarterly targets while working 5.5–6 days per week in a dynamic island-wide retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a sales field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage customers.
• Proactive and friendly personality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player.
• Availability to work 5.5 to 6 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers by explaining product features and benefits to recommend suitable product solutions.
• Maintain merchandise stock levels and arrange products neatly and attractively on shelves.
• Build and sustain a loyal customer base by developing strong customer relationships.
• Accurately process sales transactions through cashiering duties.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
