Job summary

TECH HOUSE PRIVATE LIMITED seeks Sales Personal to work in its retail stores across Singapore. The role invites candidates with an interest in the retail industry and a passion for mobile and IT gadgets.

You will promote products, assist customers, and ensure excellent service in a fast-paced environment. The position features a 5-day work week with base salary plus commission and incentives, in a friendly team setting and good location.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year experience in retail or mobile/IT gadget sales.
• Able to provide excellent customer service.
• Good communication skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Promote and assist customers in selecting products and process orders.
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
• Handle opening and closing procedures of the shop.
• Manage stock including receiving, display and returns.
• Operate the retail cashier and daily cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all displays.
• Follow SOPs and collaborate with team members.
