Job summary

Unison Group is seeking a Support Tech Financial Planning professional in Singapore to drive budgeting, expense analysis, and financial reporting for the Tech department. The role involves tracking expenses, ensuring budget adherence, and providing insights to support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include budgeting collaboration, invoice processing, PO management, variance analysis, and regular management reporting.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Business or Accounting.
At least 3 years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related roles.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Experience with budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Budgeting and expense analysis for the Tech department.
Financial reporting for the Tech department.
Tracking and analyzing all company expenses, ensuring they are within budgetary limits.
Collaborating with departments to create and manage budgets.
Invoice processing and timely payment to suppliers.
Manage purchase orders and approve requests.
Conduct variance analysis and provide decision-support insights.
Prepare regular financial reports and management recommendations.
Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Utilize financial software/tools for data analysis and reporting.
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.
