Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks an experienced technologist to drive evaluation, architecture advisory, and secure cloud enablement for government and enterprise buyers. You will work with startups to evaluate products, design risk-based test plans, perform security assessments (including penetration testing), and advise on secure deployments across AWS, Azure and GCP.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information systems, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in cloud architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, solution architecture or related domains.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, and modern enterprise security frameworks.
• Experience reviewing architectures, security assessments, and risk evaluation.
• Advantageous: CISSP/CCSP, Kubernetes, and Singapore public-sector security benchmarks (IM8, GCC).

Responsibilities

• Drive technical evaluation and risk assessments of innovative tech products for government and enterprise.
• Provide architectural advisory on secure architectures for government cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Manage and enhance cloud sandbox infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) for POCs, onboarding, and troubleshooting.
• Implement reusable architecture patterns, security guardrails and IaC using Terraform.
• Build relationships with founders, CTOs and enterprise leaders; translate technical findings for technical and business stakeholders.
