Tech in Singapore seeks a senior cybersecurity leader to provide technical leadership and capability development across national schemes (NITES, Common Criteria, Cybersecurity Labelling Scheme) and mentor the team in advanced penetration testing methodologies.

You will conduct critical technical assessments on emerging technologies, drive research, and act as Lead Technical Assessor for the ISO/IEC 17025 Accreditation Programme, strengthening Singapore's TIC ecosystem and ensuring international

Formación

• Minimum 10–15 years in cybersecurity with at least 10 years in security evaluation, penetration testing, or product security assessment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or relevant technical discipline.
• Deep technical expertise in vulnerability analysis and penetration testing with proven ability to develop custom attack techniques and run security assessments based on state-of-the-art techniques.
• Experience developing custom tools, automation frameworks, or technical solutions for operational use.
• Product security assessment or security evaluation experience (Common Criteria, or similar schemes) preferred but not required.
• Strong mentoring and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work under pressure and think creatively to solve complex problems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership for national cybersecurity schemes across evaluation projects.
• Conduct advanced penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
• Apply newly developed attack techniques to complex evaluation projects.
• Provide guidance to approved testing laboratories on complex evaluations.
• Validate effectiveness of security controls against modern attacks.
• Develop custom testing approaches for emerging product categories and technologies, including fintech and digital services.
