Job summary

GovTech Singapore invites applications for its Technology Associate Programme (TAP) in Product Management or Product Operations. Over three years, you’ll build foundations to solve real government problems, guided by experienced practitioners and cross-functional partners.

You will learn to describe problems, conduct user research, gather evidence, and write user stories while collaborating with design and engineering on product improvements.

Qualifications

• Singapore citizen or Singaporean PR.
• Graduating in 2027 or less than 1 year of work experience.
• Degree in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Understand and describe the problem you aim to solve.
• Learn to conduct user and stakeholder research with guidance.
• Gather evidence and identify basic patterns and insights.
• Define simple measures of success linked to the problem.
• Write user stories and support backlog and delivery activities.
• Collaborate with design and engineering on product improvements.
• Learn from feedback and adapt approach accordingly.
