The Daily Tumble, Singapore's first lifestyle laundromat, is hiring a hands-on Team Tumble Team Lead for part-time shop operations. You’ll own the day-to-day, handle The Daily Drop service, solve problems, and shape growing processes.

Qualifications

• Laundry experience? Not required.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, operations or customer service is helpful.
• Having an SFA-recognized food hygiene certification is a plus, or you should be willing to obtain one if duties require it.

Responsibilities

• Make laundry magic happen: Wash, dry, fold, pack and quality-check customer laundry for The Daily Drop.
• Keep the shop looking its best: help with cleanliness, presentation, coffee and vending upkeep, and ensure smooth operations.
• Look after customers: assist with questions, collections and occasional unexpected situations.
• Keep things organized: track orders, update digital systems, verify task completion, and communicate with the team.
• Spot problems and suggest improvements to build better processes as we grow.
• Support the team: help train and guide other crew members as you become confident in the role.

Team Tumble Team Lead | Part-Time Laundry & Shop Operations

Aljunied, Singapore | S$15/hour | Approx. 20-25 hours/week

We're The Daily Tumble (TDT) - Singapore's first lifestyle laundromat, where we're making laundry a little less of a chore and a lot more enjoyable.

We're a small, growing team that believes even everyday things can be done better, smarter and with a little more personality.

And we're looking for someone to grow with us!

What's the role?

We're looking for a hands-on, proactive Team Tumble Team Lead to help keep our laundromat running beautifully and bring our new wash-and-fold service, The Daily Drop , to life.

This isn't a job where you simply show up, follow a checklist and go home. You'll be trusted to take ownership, solve problems, learn new systems and help us figure out better ways of doing things.

Some days you'll be folding laundry. Other days you'll be managing orders, checking shop standards, helping customers or spotting something we could improve.

We're a small team, so everyone rolls up their sleeves - including us!

What you'll be doing

• Making laundry magic happen: Washing, drying, folding, packing and quality-checking customer laundry for The Daily Drop.
• Keeping the shop looking its best: Helping with cleanliness, presentation, coffee and vending upkeep, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
• Looking after our customers: Helping customers with questions, collections and the occasional unexpected situation.
• Keeping things organized: Tracking orders, updating digital systems, checking that tasks are completed and communicating with the rest of the team.
• Making things better: Spotting problems, suggesting improvements and helping us build better processes as we grow.
• Supporting the team: Helping train and guide other crew members as you become confident in the role.

Laundry experience? Not required. We'll teach you our processes.

Experience in retail, hospitality, operations or customer service is helpful, but we're much more interested in your attitude, initiative and willingness to learn.

Working arrangements

• Pay: S$15/hour
• Hours: Approximately 20-25 hours per week
• Shifts: Typically around five hours each
• Schedule: A regular weekly schedule, with a mix of weekday and potentially weekend shifts. We're open to discussing what works with the right person.
• Employment: Part-time employee position, with applicable statutory employment benefits and CPF contributions.
• Training: Provided - we'll help you get comfortable with the role and our systems.
