The Laundry Club Pte Ltd is hiring a Customer Service Delivery Driver in Singapore to join our growing team. You will deliver laundry services to customers in the Toh Tuck West Region with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.

You will collect and deliver items, maintain records, and liaise with the operations team to ensure timely schedules. A valid license and reliable transportation are essential, with a focus on safety and service excellence.

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar customer-facing logistics role.

• Physical fitness to handle the demands of regular lifting and carrying of laundry bags.
• Knowledge of the Toh Tuck West Region or willingness to quickly familiarise yourself with the area.

• A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers.

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Delivery Driver to join THE LAUNDRY CLUB PTE LTD on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of our company, delivering exceptional service directly to our valued customers in the Toh Tuck West Region. As a Customer Service Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their laundry services with professionalism, reliability and a smile. You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of our services whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer care. This position is essential to our operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities
