Seagate International Headquarters Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned engineer to install, upgrade, and maintain sputter systems in a Singapore cleanroom environment. You will manage projects, troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, and generate daily updates to track progress.

You will collaborate with software, process, launch, maintenance, and equipment development teams, lead junior engineers, and drive continuous improvement to boost system performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Engineering or relevant field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience installing and maintaining high vacuum CVD/PVD systems in a cleanroom environment.
• Excellent troubleshooting capabilities.
• Knowledge of Thin Film / PVD / CVD / Etch / Ion Beam / Ion Implantation / UHV tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Install, upgrade and maintain the sputter system.
• Project manage assigned projects within schedule.
• Participate in technical meetings/discussions.
• Troubleshooting and rework for mechanical and electrical issues.
• Generate daily reports and CLCA closures.
• Collaborate with Software, Process, Launch, Maintenance, and Equipment Development Engineering.
• Lead a team of junior engineers and technicians (ES).
• Provide continuous improvement projects to enhance system performance.
• Hands-on work and practical execution of tasks.
• Interact effectively across multi-level departments.
