FIRST is seeking a Team Lead, Event Management to lead and motivate colleagues, ensuring the team delivers exceptional service to clients and represents FIRST on-site at a leading tech company.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of experience, strong people management, and excellent English communication. You will deploy across multiple campuses and ensure safety, policy adherence, and proactive creativity.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong people management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication at all levels.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Ability to deploy across campus(es) as required.
• Adheres to health and safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff assignments for onsite and digital events.
• Review requests and confirm space, approvals and info prior to assignment.
• Advise on planning and execution of high-profile events.
• Support and coordinate the delivery of events as needed.
• Oversee workload, capacity points and guide team where required.
• Manage onboarding/off-boarding and vacation schedules.
