• Supports Market Head in developing the team’s business plan.
• Executes team’s business plan and financial targets.
• Creates networking synergies with other business units.
• Supports RMs in dealing with business opportunities.
• Mentors RMs to enhance their performance.
• Leads the team to manage compliance and risk effectively.
