Job summary

The Gled Group is expanding its programme slate and is seeking passionate freelance educators for upcoming events in Singapore. You will facilitate engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences, using provided lesson plans, and help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

This role offers flexible freelance opportunities, pay between $20 and $35 per hour depending on experience, and access to teaching resources and training. Diploma or higher is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Diploma holders and above.
• Experience in teaching, facilitation, coaching or training is preferred.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.

The Gled Group is an educational collective dedicated to making learning deeply impactful and incredibly fun. We provide enrichment through the tailored designing of experiential learning programmes for all stages of learning, ranging from preschool to corporate teams. We work with students, educators, and organisations to deliver cutting-edge experiences that go beyond traditional teaching.

As our programmes continue to grow, we are looking to build a community of passionate freelance educators whom we can engage for upcoming events throughout the year.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Deliver programmes using provided lesson plans and teaching materials.
• Create a positive, energetic, and inclusive learning environment.
• Represent our organisation professionally when working with schools and partners.

You may be engaged to facilitate programmes across a wide range of topics, including:

• Urban Farming & Sustainability
• Financial Literacy
• Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Culture & Heritage

Our programmes are constantly expanding, so opportunities are not limited to the themes above. Experience in the aforementioned fields would be appreciated but not necessary as training can be provided where appropriate.

We'd love to hear from you if you:

• Enjoy working with children, youths, or adults.
• Are confident speaking in front of groups.
• Have strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Are reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Have prior teaching, facilitation, coaching, or training experience (preferred but not compulsory).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: Diploma holders and above
