Sunnyhill Ace in Singapore seeks a dedicated School Lab Support staff to assist in daily science rooms with resource prep, learner support, and absentee catch-up activities. This role requires attention to safety, organization, and effective communication with students and teachers.

You will help maintain cleanliness across science rooms, support the General Office with routine admin tasks, and contribute to a positive learning environment during the scheduled hours.

Formación

• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Minimum three years' school environment experience.
• Basic computer literacy (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Roles & Responsibilities

Your daily scope of services will include:

• Lab Resource Management: Prepare learning resources inside the Science Rooms.
• Learning Support: Assist low-progress learners during science lab sessions.
• Absentee Assistance: Help students catch up on missed laboratory activities.
• Cleanliness Maintenance: Maintain general tidiness across all designated Science Rooms.
• School Administration: Support the General Office with routine administrative work.

Working Hours

• Daily Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM.
• Shift Details: 5.5 hours daily, excluding a 1-hour lunch break.
• Rest Days: Off on weekends and all public holidays.

Job Requirements

• Education Level: Minimum GCE N-Level or O-Level certification.
• School Experience: Minimum 3 years working in a school environment.
• Technical Experience: Minimum 3 years maintaining equipment in a Science Lab.
• Computer Literacy: Basic skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Language Proficiency: Able to read, write, and converse fluently in English.
