Job summary

SUNNYHILL ACE PTE. LTD. is seeking a School Lab Assistant to support daily Science rooms by managing lab resources, assisting learners, and helping maintain equipment. The role focuses on hands-on support for students and classroom operations.

Working hours are 8:00 AM–1:30 PM, Monday to Friday (5.5 hours daily). English fluency and basic MS Word/Excel skills are required, with a minimum of N-Level/O-Level and 3 years in a school setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N-Level or O-Level certification.
• Minimum 3 years working in a school environment.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Roles & Responsibilities

Your daily scope of services will include:

• Absentee Assistance: Help students catch up on missed laboratory activities.
• Cleanliness Maintenance: Maintain general tidiness across all designated Science Rooms.
• School Administration: Support the General Office with routine administrative work.

Working Hours

• Daily Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM.
• Shift Details: 5.5 hours daily, excluding a 1-hour lunch break.
• Rest Days: Off on weekends and all public holidays.

Job Requirements

• Education Level: Minimum GCE N-Level or O-Level certification.
• School Experience: Minimum 3 years working in a school environment.
• Technical Experience: Minimum 3 years maintaining equipment in a Science Lab.
• Computer Literacy: Basic skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Language Proficiency: Able to read, write, and converse fluently in English.
