Job summary

V-SWIFT PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Teacher Assistant to provide administrative and classroom support in a primary school setting in Singapore. You will maintain data records, prepare teaching resources, and assist Heads of Department with daily relief duties.

You will also serve as a safety chaperon during arrivals, departures, and events, and assist at school functions such as PTMs and concerts. Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Teacher Assistant / Teacher Aide in a primary school is preferred.
• Proficient in basic administrative duties and classroom support.
• Able to assist with preparation of teaching materials and resources.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update data records including stocktaking of teachers' resources and inventory.
• Prepare teaching resources to be used in classrooms.
• Assist Heads of Department with relief duties as required.
• Provide safety supervision as a chaperone during arrivals, departures, and events.
• Support school events (e.g., PTMs, concerts) by ushering and registration tasks.
