Job summary

Daewoo-Dongah Joint Venture in Singapore seeks an experienced E&M TBM Lead to oversee electrical and mechanical systems for a major tunnelling project. You will direct an integrated E&M team of engineers and technicians, collaborate with project management and construction teams, and ensure safe, on-time installation, commissioning and ongoing maintenance.

The role requires a deep understanding of TBM power, ventilation, lighting, fire safety, and communications systems, with a proven leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of engineering experience with a relevant degree.
• 10+ years managing tunnelling E&M works of similar scale.
• Proven track record leading E&M teams on large infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of TBM electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with AutoCAD, BIM, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical and mechanical aspects of TBM operations and related systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for TBM E&M matters.
• Collaborate with project manager, construction teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Lead the E&M team, including engineers and technicians.
• Align the team with project goals and timelines.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of all E&M systems.
• Troubleshoot systems to ensure optimal performance.
