Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused role to address taxpayers’ tax queries and guide them through e-Filing. You will interact with taxpayers via helpline, live chat or walk-ins, and encourage use of our e-Services and chatbot.

Training will be provided and no prior tax experience is required; strong communication skills and reliability are essential for the mid Sep–Dec 2026 period.

Qualifications

• GCE A Level and above required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to undergo training; tax experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Address taxpayers’ tax queries on various tax types via Helpline, Live chat or Walk-ins.
• Promote and nudge taxpayers to use e-Services and chatbot.
• Guide taxpayers on step-by-step e-Filing procedures and provide advice on filing and payment obligations.
