Octomate Staffing Pte Ltd is seeking a Recruitment Intern to join our Orchard-based team. You will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening and coordinating recruitment activities in a fast-paced agency setting.

Work closely with HRnetGroup and consultants to build a candidate pipeline, match applicants to roles, and assist with interviews and daily fulfilment. This internship offers practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes.

Formación

• Students pursuing HR, Business, Management or related courses.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in sourcing and identifying suitable candidates for job vacancies.
• Manage candidate databases and maintain an active talent pipeline.
• Match candidates to suitable job opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Assist in managing temporary staff placements and daily fulfilment.
• Communicate with candidates to ensure smooth recruitment arrangements.
• Support the recruitment team in day-to-day operations.
