Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Communications, Education or related discipline.
• 5-7 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Programme Management, University Relations, Workforce Development, etc.
• Experience managing government-funded workforce programmes in Singapore is highly preferred.
• Experience working with universities, polytechnics, ITE, government agencies, and industry associations.
• Co-ordination of career fairs, campus recruitment, internship programmes, and employer branding activities.
• Singaporeans only

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end workforce development, talent pipeline, internship, and employer branding initiatives across Singapore.
