You will identify learning needs, develop training materials, and coordinate engaging sessions across teams. The role involves onboarding and ongoing professional development initiatives, evaluating programme effectiveness, and collaborating with managers to align development with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, onboarding programmes, and professional development initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes through assessments, feedback, and performance data.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to align talent development strategies with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines by identifying high-potential employees and supporting their career progression.
• Stay updated on learning and development trends and best practices to continuously improve programme quality and impact.

Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
