Job summary

Qualifications

• Background in Media Studies, Marketing, Mass Communications, or related fields.
• Open to students awaiting admission to university/NS. Availability on a 5-day work week.
• Familiarity with content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut.
• Strong organizational skills, able to manage timelines and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging copy for social media audiences.
• Creative thinker who can generate fresh ideas for social media content, campaigns, and engagement events.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Create and assist in the production of content for branding and social platforms, including short-form videos, posters, graphics, and images.
• Plan, film, and edit social media and campaign videos that reflect the company’s brand voice and values.
• Develop and execute employer branding campaigns through digital media and engagement events.
• Work with internal stakeholders to gather content inputs and schedule social media posts effectively.
• Stay on top of social media trends and platform updates, contributing fresh ideas that keep content relevant and engaging.
• Support the planning and execution of engagement events (e.g. career talks, outreach activities), including event collaterals and on-ground photo/video coverage.
