Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, Journalism, PR, or related field.
• At least 5 years in corporate communications or related areas.
• Experience in maritime/logistics or B2B sectors advantageous.
• Experience with AI, data analytics or digital tools for content and insights.
• Experience supporting media engagement, events, and stakeholder communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365; familiarity with media monitoring and dashboards is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; second language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate media engagement and respond to queries with aligned messaging.
• Develop social content and digital storytelling across PSA channels.
• Utilize AI/data insights to improve content quality and reporting.
• Maintain brand governance, tone of voice, and corporate identity.
• Plan and support events, visits, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide team support and cross-functional coordination within Group Corporate Affairs.
