Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates via portals, social media, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate skills and role fit.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS/CRM and provide regular recruitment updates and hiring reports.
