Job summary

Schneider Electric Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities. You will work with hiring managers and partners to streamline role discovery, screening, and interview coordination, while contributing to data-driven insights and candidate experience improvements.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with a keen interest in Talent Acquisition and recruitment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to organize, analyze, and present information effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy when managing multiple tasks.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to quickly adapt to new tools and systems.
• Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, with the adaptability to manage changing priorities and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Business Partners and hiring managers to deliver a seamless end-to-end recruitment experience, including role discovery, requisition management, candidate screening, interview coordination, and feedback consolidation.
• Analyze recruitment data and generate actionable insights on hiring metrics, market trends, and talent acquisition performance to support informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives through participation in recruitment events, engagement activities, and site visits.
• Proactively source and engage talent to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across key hiring needs.
