Job summary

Beyondsoft Singapore is hiring a skilled recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for software engineers, QA/test engineers, DevOps and PMs in Singapore and SEA. You will partner with leaders to understand headcount, source candidates through multiple channels, and coordinate assessments and onboarding.

The role requires 4+ years in IT recruitment, strong stakeholder mgmt, and experience across SEA markets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or technology staffing.
• Strong sourcing knowledge across LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, and social platforms.
• Experience hiring for Software Engineering, QA/Testing or Project Management roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Experience recruiting across SEA markets: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia.
• Familiarity with nearshore or offshore delivery models.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Support employer branding initiatives across SEA markets.
• Provide regular hiring status updates to stakeholders.
