Job summary

Summit Planners Invictus in Singapore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Content Executive. You’ll write and publish job adverts, source candidates through portals and social media, screen applications, and coordinate interviews to keep recruitment moving smoothly.

You’ll also craft recruitment graphics and content for our channels using Canva, plan posts, write captions, and monitor engagement to show what working here looks like. A people-first communicator will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, social media or a role involving both.
• Have basic short-video editing skills.
• Are comfortable using Canva and have an eye for clear, attractive layouts.
• Communicate confidently and enjoy connecting with people.
• Can write clear job advertisements, captions and messages.
• Stay organised with deadlines, interviews and follow-ups.
