Job summary

ACHIEVE Career Consultant Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking ambitious Recruitment Consultants to develop specialist knowledge within your chosen industry and become trusted advisors to clients and candidates.

You will build relationships, source and assess talent, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development and job qualification to placement and post-placement follow-up, while staying informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years in sales, business development, account management, customer-facing, or consultative service roles.
• Experience in service-based sales or B2B is advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Commercially driven with a desire to achieve targets.
• Willingness to learn about industries, businesses, and market trends.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities and work independently.
• No prior recruitment experience required; comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide effective talent solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong network of professionals within your assigned market segment.
• Source, assess, and engage candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' skills, experience, motivations, and career aspirations.
• Provide career consultation and market insights to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and job qualification to candidate placement and post-placement follow-up.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market movements, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within your specialised sector.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and key decision-makers to provide consultative recruitment solutions.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets while delivering a high standard of service to clients and candidates.
