Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Singapore is seeking a T24 Developer to design, customize, test, and support Temenos Transact solutions. You will work on TAFJ development, interface integration, and production support within Agile teams.

You will implement module customizations (Securities, Payments, Treasury, etc.), develop APIs, and ensure robust deployments with CI/CD and observability using Dynatrace and Splunk. This role requires strong problem solving in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Temenos Transact (T24) development using TAFJ architecture.
• Customization and development across multiple modules: Securities, Structured Products, Corporate Actions, Payments, Treasury, Money Market, Teller.
• Strong interface development and API creation for external systems.
• Experience with T24 setup, configuration and environment management.
• Agile delivery experience and DevOps mindset.
• Familiarity with event streaming and Outbox/Event-driven patterns.
• Proficient debugging, root cause analysis and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of T24 architecture, lifecycle and deployment processes.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The T24 Developer is responsible for the development, customization, unit testing, implementation, and support of solutions within the Temenos Transact (T24) platform. The role requires strong hands-on experience in TAFJ development, module customization, interface development, and production support activities.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION

• Strong hands-on experience in Temenos Transact (T24) Development using TAFJ architecture.
• Proven experience in T24 customization and development across at least two or more of the following modules:
• Securities
• Structured Products
• Corporate Actions
• Payments (TPH)
• Treasury
• Money Market
• Teller
• Strong experience in IRIS Interface Layer development, including API creation, customization, and integration with external systems.
• Good exposure on TUT and TDD( Test Driven Development)
• Good understanding and exposure to T24 Application Setup, configuration, and environment management.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
• Strong knowledge of T24 architecture, lifecycle management, and deployment processes.
• Experience working with Agile Delivery Methodologies.
• Knowledge of Outbox Events and Event Streaming. Experience with event-driven integration patterns.
• CI/CD pipeline and DevOps experience.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk.
