Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. designs, develops, and integrates software and systems for real-time simulation and defense applications. You will work with Unreal Engine and cross-functional teams to deliver robust, mission-ready solutions across the full development lifecycle.

The role involves designing, developing, and integrating software and systems, maintaining performance under operational conditions, and ensuring compliance with relevant defense standards and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Unreal Engine, C++, and BlueprintScripting.
• At least 1 year of experience in game development or real-time simulation.
• Good to know Unity, C#, and SQL database.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and security in all aspects of work.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate software and systems in accordance with requirements and design.
• Maintain and enhance systems per requirements and design.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Defense Systems.
• Collaborate with systems engineers, PMs, and QA specialists to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Contribute to full software development lifecycle from requirements to maintenance.
• Support continuous improvement of engineering practices.
• Ensure compliance with standards, safety protocols, and security requirements relevant to Defense projects.
• Maintain thorough documentation to support operations and regulatory compliance.

Description

• Design, develop, and integrate software and systems in accordance with specified requirements and design, ensuring robust performance under operational conditions.
• Maintain and enhance systems in accordance with specified requirements and design.
• Apply engineering principles to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to Defense Systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems engineers, project managers, and quality assurance specialists to successfully deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Participate and support continuous improvement ofengineering practices.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, safety protocols, and security requirements pertinent to Defense industry projects.
• Maintain thorough documentation to support system operation, future development, and regulatory compliance.
