Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Software Developer to design, develop, test and maintain software applications and simulation systems for defence and public security operations.

Islandwide locations in Singapore offer opportunities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on mission-critical projects. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in software/game development or real-time simulation, hands-on Unreal Engine and C++, plus familiarity with Unity/C#/SQL.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Development, or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in software development, game development, or real-time simulation projects.
• Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine, C++, and Blueprint Scripting.
• Familiarity with Unity, C#, and SQL databases will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate software applications based on project requirements and technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain high-performance systems that operate reliably in real-world environments.
• Enhance and support existing applications and systems.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve software and system-related issues.
• Support integration activities and ensure seamless interaction between software components.
• Perform testing and validation to ensure software quality and performance.
• Work closely with engineers, project managers, testers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.
• Contribute to project planning, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support technical discussions and provide recommendations to improve system performance and reliability.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and system records.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, security requirements, and quality guidelines.
