Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a software engineer to design, develop, integrate, and maintain real-time software and defence simulations.

You will collaborate with systems engineers, project managers, and QA teams across the full software lifecycle, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure quality, security, and engineering excellence. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and support deployment in Defence environments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Unreal Engine, C++, and Blueprint scripting.
• At least 1 year of experience in game development or real-time simulation.
• Knowledge of Unity, C#, and SQL is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively in a team.
• Strong commitment to quality, security, and engineering excellence.

Design, develop, integrate, and maintain software and systems to meet requirements and operational needs. Apply engineering principles to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Defence Systems. Collaborate with systems engineers, project managers, and QA teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. Support the full software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, security, and Defence industry standards. Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation. (EA Reg No: 20C0312)
