Job summary

Talentsis Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated software developer to join our team and lead Scrum-driven development efforts. You will work closely with users and customers to deliver robust software solutions.

You will design, implement, and validate applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, MongoDB, Flutter and Java technologies, while continuously improving software quality and deployment processes. Strong communication and independent work style are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in software development.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Scrum.
• Knowledge of ReactJS, NodeJS, MongoDB, Flutter, JavaScript/TypeScript, FeatherJS, Java, Spring Boot, and Git.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools is an added advantage.
• Hands-on software development experience with a strong interest in programming.
• Ability and willingness to learn new programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good communication, technical documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead in guiding the team on Scrum processes and tasks, while engaging with users and customers.
• Develop efficient software programmes and systems that meet user requirements.
• Support software enhancements, system configurations, and ongoing system improvements.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain well-structured and efficient code in accordance with Software Quality Assurance standards.
• Produce technical specifications and assess operational feasibility.
• Integrate software components into fully functional software systems.
• Document and maintain software functionality and technical processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and upgrade existing systems.
• Automate tasks using appropriate tools, frameworks, and scripting.
• Perform software validation and verification testing.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and External System Integration Testing.
• Deploy software applications and evaluate user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
