is seeking a software professional to support the Lead in guiding the team on Scrum processes and tasks, engage with users, develop efficient software programmes, and deploy robust systems. The candidate should have at least 4 years of relevant experience, be familiar with Agile/Scrum, and have hands-on skills with ReactJS, NodeJS, MongoDB, Flutter, JavaScript/TypeScript, FeatherJS, Java, Spring Boot and Git; knowledge of DevOps is a plus, with strong communication and

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Scrum.
• Hands-on development experience with modern web/mobile stacks and related languages.
• Willingness to learn new languages, frameworks, and technologies; self-motivated with good communication.

Responsabilités

• Support the Lead in guiding the team on Scrum processes and tasks, while engaging with users and customers.
• Develop efficient software programmes and systems that meet user requirements.
• Support software enhancements, system configurations, and ongoing system improvements.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain well-structured and efficient code in accordance with Software Quality Assurance standards.
• Produce technical specifications and assess operational feasibility.
• Integrate software components into fully functional software systems.
• Document and maintain software functionality and technical processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and upgrade existing systems.
• Automate tasks using appropriate tools, frameworks, and scripting.
• Perform software validation and verification testing.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and External System Integration Testing.
• Deploy software applications and evaluate user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
