Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking a software developer in Singapore with a strong background in agile and Scrum to guide a development team and engage with users.

The role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining robust software systems that meet user requirements. Candidates should have hands-on experience across ReactJS, NodeJS, MongoDB, Flutter, JavaScript/TypeScript, FeatherJS, Java, Spring Boot, and Git, with familiarity in DevOps.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in software development.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Scrum.
• Familiarity with ReactJS, NodeJS, MongoDB, Flutter, JavaScript/TypeScript, FeatherJS, Java, Spring Boot, and Git.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools is an added advantage.
• Hands-on software development experience with a strong interest in programming.
• Ability and willingness to learn new programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good communication, technical documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide the team on Scrum processes and engage with users and customers.
• Develop efficient software programmes and systems that meet user requirements.
• Support software enhancements, system configurations, and ongoing system improvements.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain well-structured and efficient code in accordance with Software Quality Assurance standards.
• Produce technical specifications and assess operational feasibility.
• Integrate software components into fully functional software systems.
• Document and maintain software functionality and technical processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and upgrade existing systems.
• Automate tasks using appropriate tools, frameworks, and scripting.
• Perform software validation and verification testing.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and External System Integration Testing.
• Deploy software applications and evaluate user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
