TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to plan, install and maintain hardware, software and networks for project delivery in Singapore. You will handle operating systems, virtualization, VPNs and network devices, and ensure systems meet SLA commitments.

The role requires strong problem-solving, ability to work independently or in a team, and hands-on experience with Windows Server, Unix/Linux, and common IT infra services. Standby duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server OS and Unix/Linux environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with VPNs, firewalls, routers and switches is a plus.
• Experience in OS hardening and patch management is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Plan, install, monitor and support hardware, software and networks in project delivery.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement proactive measures.
• Support operational systems to meet contractual SLAs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and prompt troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and rectify technical issues.
• Standby duties as required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, monitor and assist in the installation and ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software and networks in project delivery
• Conduct root cause analysis & implement pro-active measures
• Responsible for supporting operational systems satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement
• Perform and manage routine preventive maintenance and operational activities promptly and effectively; Perform troubleshooting and fault rectification
• Diagnose and rectify technical issues
• Perform standby duties if required

Requirement:

• Experience in Windows server OS, Unix/Linux OS & virtualization environment (VMware, HyperV etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
• Able to work independently as well as in a team and good interpersonal skills
• Good Working knowledge with VPN, firewall appliances would be an advantage
• Good working knowledge with routers, switches would be an advantage
• Good working knowledge in hardware like servers, storage area networks (SAN), network- attached storage (NAS) devices
• Experience in hardening of OS, system and network equipment
• Experience in Patch Management
• Good Knowledge of IT Infra services like Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Exchange/Mail Service, Database, Web or App Server etc.
• Experience in SQL, Java, C++, JavaScript would be an advantage
