Job summary

Deloitte Singapore is seeking an experienced application developer specializing in low-code/no-code platforms to design, build, and deploy enterprise applications. You will collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications and develop automated workflows, forms, and integrations to streamline processes.

The role requires 5+ years in low-code development, knowledge of platforms like Salesforce, OutSystems, Mendix, and Power Apps, and strong Git/CI/CD

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
• 5+ years in application development focusing on low-code/no-code.
• Hands-on with configuring and managing low-code platforms and features (Salesforce, OutSystems, Mendix, Power Apps, etc.).
• Experience with government projects is advantageous.
• Proficient with Git and CI/CD practices.
• DevOps familiarity and agile delivery experience.

Work you’ll do

• Design, build, and deploy applications using low-code/no-code platforms such as OutSystems, Mendix, PowerApps, or similar tools.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop automated workflows, forms, and system integrations to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure applications meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for all developed applications, including user guides, technical specifications, and support materials.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to deliver high-quality applications that meet business needs.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials and coordinating communication with clients.
• Contribute to the delivery of business-driven, technology-enabled solutions that help clients overcome challenges and seize opportunities in their markets.
• Uphold Deloitte’s standards and ethos in all professional interactions with colleagues and clients.
• Support business development efforts by contributing directly to the preparation, development of proposals, presentations and publications.

Requirements

• A good bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience in application development, with a focus on low-code/no-code platforms.
• Hands-on experience in configuring, administering, and managing low-code platforms and features — including rules engines, workflows, process logic, data validations, screen flows, and page layouts — using tools such as Salesforce, OutSystems, Mendix, Microsoft Power Apps, Appian, ServiceNow, SharePoint Online, or Dynamics 365.
• Experience working on government projects will be considered a strong advantage.
• Proficient with Git and version control practices.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Relevant certifications in low-code/no-code platforms will be an advantage.
• Exposure to mobile application development will be an added advantage.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including TDD, pair programming, Scrum, and continuous integration practices.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying applications with minimal coding.
• Good understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and database systems(SQL, NoSQL).
• Familiarity with APIs and enterprise system integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business needs.
