Deloitte Singapore T&T Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Analyst to design, build, and deploy low-code applications using OutSystems, Mendix, PowerApps, or similar tools. You will collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical specs and develop automated workflows and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of experience in application development with a focus on low-code/no-code platforms.
• Hands-on experience delivering, configuring, administering, and managing solutions on low-code platforms (OutSystems) and related tools.
• Experience with GovTech technology stacks and digital delivery environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
• Experience across end-to-end lifecycle in Agile environments (Scrum, TDD, pair programming).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy applications using low-code/no-code platforms such as OutSystems, Mendix, PowerApps, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop automated workflows, forms, and system integrations to streamline processes.
• Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure applications meet requirements.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for developed applications (user guides, specs, support materials).
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications meeting business needs.
• Assist in preparing presentations and client communications.
• Contribute to delivery of technology-enabled solutions for clients.
