Job summary

Deloitte Singapore T&T Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Analyst to design, build, and deploy low-code applications using OutSystems, Mendix, PowerApps, or similar tools. You will collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical specs and develop automated workflows and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of experience in application development with a focus on low-code/no-code platforms.
• Hands-on experience delivering, configuring, administering, and managing solutions on low-code platforms (OutSystems) and related tools.
• Experience with GovTech technology stacks and digital delivery environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
• Experience across end-to-end lifecycle in Agile environments (Scrum, TDD, pair programming).

Work you’ll do

• Design, build, and deploy applications using low-code/no-code platforms such as OutSystems, Mendix, PowerApps, or similar tools.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop automated workflows, forms, and system integrations to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure applications meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for all developed applications, including user guides, technical specifications, and support materials.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to deliver high-quality applications that meet business needs.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials and coordinating communication with clients.
• Contribute to the delivery of business-driven, technology-enabled solutions that help clients overcome challenges and seize opportunities in their markets.

• Translate functional requirements into technical design.
• Take responsibility for technical design and coding (both new or existing systems)
• Recommend and evaluate detailed design of system components to ensure reusability and flexibility is practiced, where applicable
• Develop and update technical documents including technical specifications
• Perform unit testing, system integrated testing & user acceptance testing
• Responsible for system enhancements, technical support and issues/problem resolution including bugs fixing
• Report to and work closely with Project/Team Lead in all aspects of projects delivery.

Requirements

• A good bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in application development, with a focus on low-code/no-code platforms.
• Hands-on experience delivering, configuring, administering, and managing solutions on low-code platforms—particularly OutSystems—including rules engines, workflows, process logic, data validations, screen flows, and page layouts; experience with Mendix, Microsoft Power Apps, Appian, ServiceNow, SharePoint Online, Dynamics365, Salesforce, or similar tools is also relevant.
• Experience building and delivering digital products for government or public-sector projects will be considered a strong advantage.
• Proficient with Git and version control practices.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Relevant certifications in low-code/no-code platforms will be an advantage.
• Exposure to mobile application development will be an added advantage.
• Experience working across the end-to-end project lifecycle in Agile environments, including Scrum, TDD, pair programming, and continuous integration practices.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying applications with minimal coding.
• Good understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and database systems(SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience with GovTech technology stacks and digital delivery environments.
• Experience integrating with, modernising, or supporting legacy technology systems.
• Familiarity with APIs and enterprise system integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business needs.
