HRnet Technologies (Octomate) is seeking a Business Analyst Intern to join the Octomate platform team in Singapore. The role involves translating business needs into functional requirements, supporting testing, and assisting with rollout activities.

You will work with stakeholders and developers to document requirements, create user stories, and help implement improvements across modules. This internship offers hands-on experience with real-world software delivery and system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements
• Support translation of requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• Assist in analysing workflows and system processes for module enhancements
• Work with developers to clarify requirements and support implementation
• Support system testing activities, including SIT and UAT coordination
• Assist in preparing user guides, training materials, and documentation
• Support deployment, rollout, and post-implementation activities
• Maintain organised documentation of requirements, processes, and changes
