G&C Project Engineer (24-month Contract | Public Sector | $6,000 – $9,000/month)

Location: Near Farrer Park MRT / Depot Road

Salary Range: $6,000 – $9,000 per month

Work Timing: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Eligibility: Only Singaporeans

Job Summary

The project centers on conducting verification and assurance checks for subsystems as they onboard to the Compliance Platforms.

This includes the creation and revision of a compliance checklist, followed by assessments to validate that projects and systems have successfully completed onboarding to the Compliance Platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise application teams on preparing for compliance verification and audit readiness
• Perform routine compliance assessments to confirm applications meet required processes, standards, and controls
• Draft and maintain documentation and protocols to support compliance efforts
• Manage and lead the onboarding process with application teams, ensuring alignment with scheduled timelines
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify improvement opportunities and resolve compliance issues
• Build and update management dashboards using data analytics tools such as Power BI

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations, support, project management, or governance and compliance
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts and foster cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address compliance and security-related challenges
• Solid understanding of government IT security policies and procedures
• Proactive in streamlining processes and applying audit feedback to improve application sustainment
• Skilled in preparing organizations for audits, ensuring documentation, processes, and controls meet policy and standards
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Power BI and Tableau is a plus

• Technically proficient in managing and understanding account setups and interfaces across Windows Active Directory Domain, RHEL Linux, PIM and PAM, Cloud AD, and AWS IAM integration
