Job summary

Logicalis Asia Pacific is a leading AI-driven technology integrator in APAC. The team designs and delivers Linux-based infrastructure, container platforms, and cloud/on-prem hybrid solutions that help customers become AI-ready enterprises.

As part of the Project Delivery and Operations & Managed Services teams, you will install, configure, and maintain Linux environments, Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters, and cloud infrastructure, while producing comprehensive documentation and transferring

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Linux administration experience (RHEL / Rocky / Ubuntu).
• Practical experience with containerisation or Kubernetes in production environments.
• Experience with, or exposure to, Red Hat OpenShift.
• Experience supporting Azure and/or AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Experience working in hybrid (on-prem + cloud) environments.
• Comfortable moving between project delivery and operations/support work.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in customer-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery (Day 1)

• Design, install, configure, and deliver infrastructure and platform solutions based on approved designs and statements of work
• Build and deploy Linux environments (RHEL, Rocky Linux, Ubuntu), container platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift), Azure and AWS infrastructure, and hybrid/on-premises solutions
• Partner with Project Managers to deliver projects on scope, on schedule, and to company delivery standards
• Produce project documentation, including design validation, implementation guides, and as-built documentation
• Conduct knowledge transfer and handover to operations teams
  

Operations & Managed Services (Day 2)

• Provide operational support for production environments — ensuring stability, availability, performance, and security
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across Linux, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Azure, and on-prem infrastructure
• Own BAU activities: OS/platform patching, upgrades, backup and recovery validation, capacity and performance monitoring
• Drive continuous improvement through standardisation, automation, and optimisation
• Participate in a 24x7 standby/on-call roster as required
  

Requirements

• Strong hands-on Linux administration experience (RHEL / Rocky / Ubuntu)
• Practical experience with containerisation or Kubernetes in production environments

Nice to Have

• Infrastructure-as-Code and automation experience (Terraform, Bicep/ARM, Ansible, GitOps)
• A security-first engineering mindset (OS hardening, least privilege, vulnerability remediation)
• Prior experience in Managed Services, MSP, or Systems Integrator environments
  

Certifications (Preferred, Not Mandatory)

• Red Hat: RHCSA / RHCE / OpenShift Administrator
• Kubernetes: CKA / CKAD
• Microsoft: AZ-104 (Azure Administrator) or equivalent
