Qualifications

Experience in System Analysis / System Implementation / Application Support.
Strong understanding of system integration, technical flows, and data flows.
Experience in connectivity and interface testing.
Knowledge of firewall and network connectivity.
Experience in technical testing and test case preparation.
Exposure to DevSecOps / CI-CD pipelines.
Experience with data migration and system cutover.
Strong communication and technical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Support system implementation and maintenance activities.
Provide technical support for system setup and environment configuration.
Handle technical requirements related to firewall, connectivity, and system interfaces.
Document technical and data flows.
Support interface connectivity setup and integration testing.
Assist with DevSecOps pipeline and workflow setup and testing.
Prepare and execute technical test cases.
Support compliance reporting and technical documentation.
Assist with data migration and system cutover activities.
Support legacy system decommissioning.
Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
