Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented UAT Support Specialist to assist in testing the new platform. You will participate in test execution, logging issues, and validating system enhancements while engaging with business managers.

You will collect feedback, coordinate with project teams, prepare reports, and help drive change management and platform adoption across the business, documenting processes and user guides as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for the new platform, including test execution, issue logging, and validation of system enhancements
• Engage business managers and users to gather feedback, requirements, and suggestions for system improvements
• Assist in tracking, consolidating, and following up on defects, enhancement requests, and testing outcomes
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to facilitate testing, training, and change management activities
• Prepare reports, user feedback summaries, and project updates for management review
• Support communication and engagement efforts to drive awareness and adoption of the new platform across the business
• Assist in documenting business processes, user guides, and testing materials where required
